Forest Hills Meadow Brook Elementary
Meadow Brook Elementary is a primary school in the Forest Hills School District notable for having one of the first Mandarin Chinese Immersion programs in West Michigan. Students enrolled in the program experience half of their lessons in Mandarin, allowing them to learn the language and culture in a natural and engaging way.
Beijing Luhe International Academy
Beijing Luhe International Academy is a prestigious program aimed at Chinese students who wish to apply for higher education in English-speaking countries. The academy is a program attached to Beijing Luhe High School, a well-known and high achieving school within the Chinese school system, notable for its number of longstanding international links.
Leilei Chen
CHINESE PROGRAM AMBASSADOR
Leilei Chen was born and raised in Liaoning, China. In 2012, she came to the United States as a visiting scholar and received her Master of Fine Art Degree from Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University. She now works as an Adjunct Professor at Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University.
As a Hua Mei partner, Leilei serves as a representative of the Chinese colleges and schools, helping to coordinate programs with school administration, students, and parents in China.
