Our summer camps bring Chinese students and American families together for fun summer activities that allow us to cross cultural lines. Combined with enriching learning opportunities and English language classes, Hua Mei partners with our host families to give the students a summer to remember.

Camp Manitou-Lin
Students stay for a week at Camp Manitou-Lin, experiencing the fun that can be had outdoors during a Michigan summer.
Holiday Celebration Formal Dinner
Students, host families, camp staff, and teachers gather for a formal dinner to learn Western table etiquette and celebrate the various holidays that people in the US enjoy throughout the year.
Michigan College Tour
Chinese high school students tour Michigan campuses, including departments and programs at University of Michigan, Michigan State, Grand Valley State University to see what higher education in the United States can offer them
Michigan's Adventure
Students and their host families go on a day trip to Michigan's Adventure for the excitement of roller coasters, carnival rides, and a full water park.
